Toyokawa Inari in the heart of Tokyo
東京赤坂見附から歩いて５分のところにある豊川稲荷。
神社なので狐の像があるのは当たり前だけど、ここの狐さんの数は半端ない。調べてみると1,000体以上とのこと。大小さまざまな狐さんがひしめき合っています。
Toyokawa Inari Shrine, just a 5-minute walk from Akasaka-mitsuke Station in Tokyo.
It is a shrine, so it is only natural that there are statues of foxes, but the number of foxes here is not half as large as it should be. According to research, there are more than 1,000 foxes. The shrine is crammed with foxes of all sizes.

この敷地内にある売店で食べられる稲荷ずしがすっごく美味しい。甘くてジューシーで他ではなかなか見ることができない稲荷ずしです。
Foreign tourists visiting are amazed too. Please pay your respects to these foxes who deliver Japanese culture and the divine will of the gods.
The inarizushi you can eat at the shop on the grounds is incredibly delicious. It’s sweet and juicy, a kind of inarizushi you rarely see anywhere else.
稲荷ずしの他にもうどん、そば、おでんなど手軽に食べられるメニューがそろっています。（お店によってメニューは異なります）
どれも美味しいのですが、大きな梅干しが入っているうどんはお勧め。初めて食べたけど、うどんの汁と梅干がこんなにも合うとはびっくりでした。
In addition to inari sushi, we offer a variety of easy-to-eat menu items like udon, soba, and oden. (Menu items vary by location.)
Everything is delicious, but I highly recommend the udon with a large pickled plum. It was my first time trying it, and I was surprised how well the udon broth and pickled plum complement each other.
