日本北部的门户——新千岁机场汇聚了北海道的美味佳肴。在这里，您可以体验到北海道特色美食，包括海鲜、拉面、甜点等。

まずは食。新鮮な海鮮丼を堪能できるお店には多くの外国人や出張帰りのほろ酔い気分の日本人でにぎわっています。

First, the food. The restaurant where you can savour fresh seafood bowls is bustling with many foreigners and Japanese business travellers returning from trips, feeling pleasantly tipsy.

首先是美食。在能品尝到新鲜海鲜盖饭的店铺里，聚集着众多外国游客和出差归来微醺的日本人，场面十分热闹。

海鮮と並んで魅力的な食はラーメン。九州の豚骨ラーメンも美味しいですが、北海道の醤油ラーメン、塩ラーメン、味噌ラーメンもお勧めです。久しぶりにコーンバター塩ラーメンを食べてみました。口の中に広がる塩味とバターの風味は北海道らしい味です。

Alongside seafood, ramen is another compelling culinary delight. While Kyushu’s tonkotsu ramen is delicious, Hokkaido’s shoyu ramen, shio ramen, and miso ramen are also highly recommended. I recently tried corn butter shio ramen for the first time in ages. The salty flavour and buttery aroma that spread across my palate were quintessentially Hokkaido.

与海鲜同样诱人的美食当属拉面。九州的豚骨拉面固然美味，但北海道的酱油拉面、盐味拉面、味噌拉面也值得推荐。时隔许久再次品尝了玉米黄油盐味拉面，在口中蔓延的咸鲜与黄油香气，正是北海道特有的风味。

帯広の豚丼も楽しむことができます。柔らかく厚みのある豚肉に甘いタレがかかっています。北海道ならではの食材「山わさび」をかけた「山わさび豚丼」はツーンとしたさわやかな辛さが一層、美味しさを引き立てます。

You can also enjoy Obihiro-style pork rice bowls. Tender, thick slices of pork are topped with a sweet sauce. The ‘mountain wasabi pork rice bowl’, featuring Hokkaido’s unique ingredient mountain wasabi, has a sharp, refreshing spiciness that further enhances the flavour.

您还可品尝带广风味的猪肉盖饭。柔软厚实的猪肉淋上甘甜酱汁，若搭配北海道特产食材”山山葵”制成的”山山葵猪肉盖饭”，那股清冽辛辣更将美味提升至全新境界。

時間がない人にはお弁当がお勧め。出発ロビー中央付近にはお弁当屋さんが並んでいます。うに丼、海鮮丼、カニ丼や牛肉弁当など、どの店にも北海道自慢の食材を使ったお弁当が並んでいます。

For those pressed for time, we recommend bento boxes. Near the centre of the departure lobby, you’ll find a row of bento shops. Each shop offers bento boxes featuring Hokkaido’s finest ingredients, such as sea urchin rice bowls, seafood rice bowls, crab rice bowls, and beef bento boxes.

时间紧迫的旅客推荐选择便当。出发大厅中央区域设有便当店铺。无论是海胆盖饭、海鲜盖饭、蟹肉盖饭还是牛肉便当，每家店铺都陈列着采用北海道特色食材制作的便当。

最後に紹介するのはRoyceのチョコレートワールド。各売店でもたくさんの商品が売っていますが、３階にはチョコレートを作っている状況をガラス越しに見ることができ、たくさんの商品をここで買うことができます。

Lastly, we introduce Royce’s Chocolate World. While numerous products are sold at each shop, the third floor allows you to observe the chocolate-making process through glass, and you can purchase a wide range of items here.

最后要介绍的是Royce巧克力世界。虽然各卖场都有大量商品销售，但三楼设有玻璃隔间，可透过玻璃观赏巧克力制作过程，同时还能在此选购丰富多样的商品。
