新绿盎然的日本风光（青森·奥入濑）

５月は日本は新緑の季節。透き通るような緑の中を酸素をいっぱい吸って散策すると心身ともに清々しくなります。日本を新緑の代表的な観光地である青森県の「奥入瀬」をご紹介します。
奥入瀬渓谷は本州最北端の青森県の観光地で、春は新緑、夏は秘書、秋は紅葉で人気の場所です。飛行機で行けば三沢空港から車で70分、新幹線では八戸駅から車で90分です。近くには蔦温泉など有名な温泉がたくさんあり、宿泊で行くと楽しみ方も大きくなります。今回は八戸駅からレンタカーで奥入瀬渓流館まで行き、車を置いてバスにて石ケ戸まで移動してそこからさ策することにしました。奥入瀬の散策地図をご覧ください。

May is the season of fresh greenery in Japan. Taking a stroll amidst the crystal-clear greenery whilst breathing in plenty of fresh air leaves you feeling refreshed in both body and mind. We would like to introduce ‘Oirase’ in Aomori Prefecture, one of Japan’s most iconic destinations for fresh greenery.
Oirase Gorge is a tourist destination in Aomori Prefecture, the northernmost part of Honshu, and is a popular spot for its fresh greenery in spring, cool summer breezes, and autumn foliage. It is a 70-minute drive from Misawa Airport if travelling by plane, or a 90-minute drive from Hachinohe Station if travelling by Shinkansen. There are many famous hot springs nearby, such as Tsuta Onsen, so staying overnight offers even more to enjoy. On this occasion, we decided to drive from Hachinohe Station to the Oirase Keiryu-kan, leave the car there, take a bus to Ishigedo, and start our walk from there. 五月是日本新绿的季节。在清澈透亮的绿意中漫步，尽情呼吸新鲜空气，身心都会感到神清气爽。下面为您介绍日本新绿的代表性观光地——青森县的“奥入濑”。
奥入濑溪谷位于本州最北端的青森县，是春有新绿、夏有绿意、秋有红叶的热门景点。若乘飞机前往，从三泽机场驱车70分钟即可到达；若乘坐新干线，从八户站驱车90分钟即可抵达。附近有蔦温泉等众多著名温泉，若选择住宿游览，乐趣会更加丰富。此次我们决定从八户站租车前往奥入濑溪流馆，将车停好后转乘巴士前往石户，再从那里开始徒步游览。请参阅奥入濑徒步地图。

渓流館周辺の空気も素晴らしいけど、石ケ戸でバスを降りた瞬間に広がる新緑の世界には感動します。奥入瀬は道路の横の歩道をひたすら歩くことで自然を楽しむことができます。道路が近くにあっても車で自然の雰囲気を壊されることはありません。

Whilst the air around Keiryukan is wonderful, the sight of the fresh greenery that greets you the moment you step off the bus at Ishigedo is truly breathtaking. In Oirase, you can enjoy the natural surroundings simply by walking along the footpaths beside the road. Even with the road nearby, the atmosphere of the countryside remains undisturbed by traffic.

虽然溪流馆周边的空气也很清新，但一在石户下车，眼前便展开一片新绿的世界，令人心驰神往。在奥入濑，只需沿着道路旁的人行道一路漫步，就能尽享自然之美。即使道路近在咫尺，也不会因车辆而破坏自然氛围。

新緑の中を流れる清流、岩に生えるコケや小さな植物たち。別世界に来たようです。このような風景は日本の寄稿と地形だからこそ生まれてきたのでしょうね。

A clear stream flowing through the fresh greenery, moss and tiny plants clinging to the rocks. It feels as though I’ve stepped into another world. Scenes like this must surely be a product of Japan’s climate and topography.

在新绿环绕中流淌的清澈溪流，附着在岩石上的苔藓和小植物。仿佛置身于另一个世界。这样的风景，想必正是得益于日本的自然环境和地形才得以呈现吧。

岩に生えているコケや葉っぱに目を近づけてみると可愛らし美しい植物がいっぱいです。さすが「日本三大苔の森」の一つに認定されているだけあります。ミクロの世界も美しい新緑の世界です。

If you look closely at the moss growing on the rocks and the leaves, you’ll find a wealth of charming and beautiful plants. It’s no wonder this place has been recognised as one of ‘Japan’s Three Great Moss Forests’. Even the microscopic world is a beautiful realm of fresh greenery.

若将目光凑近生长在岩石上的苔藓和树叶，便会发现这里遍布着可爱又美丽的植物。难怪这里会被认定为“日本三大苔藓森林”之一。微观世界同样是一个充满新绿的美妙天地。

「馬門岩」あたりの風景です。素晴らしい風景を見て、清流の音や鳥のさえずりを聞き、美味しい空気を吸い、さわやかな空気を肌で感じ、木々の香りを感じながら散策、五感で楽しむことができるすばらしい場所。一人で来ても仲間や恋人と来ても人生の良い思い出になる場所です。

This is the scenery around ‘Bamon-iwa’. It is a wonderful place where you can enjoy the scenery with all five senses: taking in the magnificent views, listening to the sound of the clear stream and the birdsong, breathing in the fresh air, feeling the crisp breeze on your skin, and savouring the scent of the trees as you stroll. Whether you come alone, with friends or with your partner, it is a place that will leave you with wonderful memories to cherish for a lifetime.

这是“马门岩”一带的风景。在这里，您可以欣赏壮丽的景色，聆听清流潺潺与鸟儿婉转的鸣唱，呼吸清新的空气，亲身感受那沁人心脾的凉意，漫步于林间，感受树木的芬芳——这是一个能让您用五感尽情享受的绝佳去处。无论独自前来，还是与朋友或恋人同行，这里都将成为您人生中美好的回忆。

植物を見つけるとついつい撮影したくなります。大きな森の中で小さい命が力強く生きて可愛い花を咲かせている姿は感動します。

Whenever I spot a plant, I can’t help but want to take a photo. It’s truly moving to see how these tiny lives thrive with such vigour in the vast forest, blooming into such lovely flowers.

一看到植物，就不由得想拍下来。在广阔的森林中，这些微小的生命顽强地生存着，绽放出可爱的花朵，这般景象令人感动。

奥入瀬の最もメジャーな景勝地が「阿修羅の流れ」です。清流が入り乱れて豪快な流れを作っています。

The most famous scenic spot in Oirase is ‘Ashura no Nagare’. Here, the clear streams converge to create a spectacular cascade.

奥入濑最著名的景点是“阿修罗之流”。清澈的溪流交织交错，形成气势磅礴的激流。

奥入瀬渓谷には岩の上から水が落ちてくる滝が14カ所あります。こちらは「千筋の滝」。細くてか弱い滝がいくつも岩の上から流れ落ちてきます。

There are 14 waterfalls in the Oirase Gorge where water cascades down from the rocks. This is ‘Sensuji Falls’. Numerous slender, delicate streams cascade down from the rocks.

奥入濑溪谷共有14处从岩石上倾泻而下的瀑布。这里是“千筋瀑布”。许多细小而纤弱的瀑布从岩石上层层流下。

「千筋の滝」から少し歩くと見えてくるのは「雲井の滝」。20ｍの高さから落ちてくるため地面近くで水しぶきが雲のようなためにこのような名前が付けられました。

A short walk from ‘Sensuji Falls’ brings you to ‘Kumoi Falls’. The waterfall plunges from a height of 20 metres, and the spray near the ground resembles a cloud, which is why it was given this name.

从“千筋瀑布”稍走片刻，便能看到“云井瀑布”。由于瀑布从20米高处倾泻而下，在接近地面的位置溅起的水花宛如云朵，因此得名。

滝のすぐ下からみると豪快です。

It looks spectacular when viewed from just below the waterfall.

从瀑布正下方仰望，景象十分壮观。

続いてのご紹介は白い布が上から待って落ちてくるような「白布の滝」。

Next up is ‘Shirafu Falls’, which looks as though a white cloth is falling from above.

接下来要介绍的是仿佛白布从上方徐徐垂落般的“白布瀑布”。

奥入瀬川本流にかかる唯一の滝「銚子大橋」です。豪快に水しぶきを上げている景観は豪快です。

This is Choshi-ohashi, the only waterfall on the main course of the Oirase River. The sight of the water cascading down and sending up a spectacular spray is truly magnificent.

这是横跨奥入濑川主干流的唯一瀑布——“镰子大桥”。飞溅的水花气势磅礴，景象壮观。

遊歩道の手すりにもコケがびっしり、風情があって涼しげな雰囲気が避暑には最高です。

The handrails along the footpath are thickly covered in moss, creating a charming and refreshing atmosphere that’s perfect for escaping the summer heat.

散步道的栏杆上也长满了青苔，别具风情，清凉宜人的氛围最适合避暑。

奥入瀬散策の後はせっかくなので青森県と秋田県にまたがる十和田湖を眺めに来ました。水深は324ｍ、日本で３番目に深い湖です。自然をそのままのこしているので神秘的な雰囲気が漂っています。

After our walk around Oirase, we thought we might as well come and take in the view of Lake Towada, which straddles Aomori and Akita prefectures. With a depth of 324 metres, it is the third deepest lake in Japan. As the natural landscape has been left untouched, the area has a truly mystical atmosphere.

在奥入濑漫步之后，既然难得来此，便顺道来观赏了横跨青森县和秋田县的十和田湖。该湖水深324米，是日本第三深的湖泊。由于自然风貌得以完好保留，这里弥漫着一种神秘的氛围。

最後の締めはもちろん現地のグルメ。八戸駅前の居酒屋「浜小屋」に立ち寄りちょっと一杯。青森の美味しい食とお酒がたくさんそろっていました。まずは貴重なお魚、日本海で獲れたつぼ鯛焼き。肉厚でほくほく。甘くって食べ応えがありました。

And of course, we rounded off the trip with some local cuisine. We popped into ‘Hamakoya’, an izakaya in front of Hachinohe Station, for a quick drink. They had a wonderful selection of Aomori’s delicious food and drink. First up was a rare treat: grilled tubo sea bream caught in the Sea of Japan. The flesh was thick and flaky, sweet and very satisfying.

行程的最后当然要以当地美食收尾。我们顺道去了八户站前的居酒屋“滨小屋”小酌一杯。那里汇集了青森众多美味佳肴和美酒。首先品尝的是珍贵的鱼类——产自日本海的烤鲷鱼。鱼肉厚实，口感松软，甜美多汁，吃起来非常过瘾。

イカの刺身も柔らかくて新鮮。こちらも甘みが口の中に広がります。

The squid sashimi is tender and fresh too. Its sweetness spreads across the palate.

鱿鱼刺身口感柔嫩，十分新鲜。入口后，甘甜的味道在口中蔓延开来。

青森と言えば新鮮な魚です。タコやホタテ、サーモンなどが入った盛り合わせは新鮮で海の香りが広がります。

When you think of Aomori, fresh fish springs to mind. The platter, featuring octopus, scallops and salmon, is so fresh that the scent of the sea fills the air.

提到青森，就不得不提新鲜的海鲜。这道包含章鱼、扇贝和三文鱼等食材的海鲜拼盘，不仅新鲜，还散发着浓郁的海鲜香气。

一番感動したのはホヤの刺身！こんなに美味しいホヤは食べたことはありません。独特の臭みもなくまろやかな旨味。日本酒にはぴったりです。

What impressed me most was the sea squirt sashimi! I’ve never tasted sea squirt this delicious before. It had no unpleasant odour whatsoever and a mellow, savoury flavour. It’s the perfect accompaniment to sake.

最让我感动的是海鞘刺身！我从未吃过这么美味的海鞘。它没有那种独特的腥味，口感醇厚鲜美，与日本酒堪称绝配。
