観光の魅力の宝庫「北陸」/‘Hokuriku’: A Treasure Trove of Tourist Attractions

日本の北陸地方は自然、温泉、歴史、食と日本の観光資源の魅力がぎっしりとつまっている地方です。外国人の訪問者も年々増えており、その魅力が世界中に広まっています。今回はその中の金沢の魅力の一部を紹介します。下の写真は」金沢駅前にある鼓門。日本の伝統芸能「能」で使われる鼓をモチーフにした門が観光客を出迎えてくれます。

Japan’s Hokuriku region is packed with the country’s most appealing tourist attractions, including nature, hot springs, history and cuisine. The number of foreign visitors is increasing year on year, and the region’s appeal is spreading across the globe. In this article, we’ll introduce some of the charms of Kanazawa, a city within the region. The photograph below shows the ‘Komon’ gate in front of Kanazawa Station. This gate, designed in the shape of a drum used in the traditional Japanese performing art of ‘Noh’, welcomes tourists.

日本北陆地区汇聚了自然风光、温泉、历史和美食等日本旅游资源的诸多魅力。外国游客数量逐年增加，其魅力正传遍世界各地。本次将为大家介绍其中金泽的部分魅力。下图是位于金泽站前的“鼓门”。这座以日本传统艺术“能剧”中使用的鼓为设计灵感的门，正热情地迎接游客的到来。

日本三大庭園「兼六園」/Kenroku-en, one of Japan’s three great gardens

金沢で最も有名な公園は「兼六園」。日本三大名園の一つで、春は桜、夏は新緑、秋は紅葉、冬は雪景色と四季折々の風景を楽しむことができます。17世紀の加賀藩によって造られた庭園で周回しているだけで歴史と文化を感じることができます。私が訪れたのは11月だったので紅葉になりかけの時期でしたが、風情を感じることができました。

The most famous park in Kanazawa is ‘Kenroku-en’. It is one of Japan’s three great gardens, and visitors can enjoy the changing scenery throughout the four seasons: cherry blossoms in spring, fresh greenery in summer, autumn foliage in autumn, and snowy landscapes in winter. The garden was created by the Kaga Domain in the 17th century, and simply walking around it allows you to soak up its history and culture. I visited in November, just as the leaves were beginning to turn, and I was able to appreciate the garden’s unique charm.

金泽最著名的公园是“兼六园”。作为日本三大名园之一，这里四季风光各异：春有樱花，夏有新绿，秋有红叶，冬有雪景。这座由17世纪加贺藩建造的庭园，光是漫步其中，就能感受到浓厚的历史与文化气息。我造访时正值11月，虽是红叶初染的时节，却依然能感受到别样的风情。

歴史を感じる「金沢城公園」/‘Kanazawa Castle Park’: a place steeped in history

兼六園に隣接しているのは金沢城公園。有名な武将の歴史ある城で、石垣がとても美しいお城です。広い公園を気持ちよく散策することができます。

Adjacent to Kenroku-en is Kanazawa Castle Park. It is a historic castle associated with a famous warlord, renowned for its beautiful stone walls. You can enjoy a pleasant stroll through the spacious park.

与兼六园毗邻的是金泽城公园。这是一座由著名武将建造、历史悠久的城堡，其石墙格外优美。您可以在这片宽阔的公园里悠闲地散步。

リッチな気分で「金箔ソフト」/Treat yourself to some ‘gold leaf soft-serve’

金沢と言えば「金箔」が有名。兼六園の近くにあるお店では金箔アイスが販売されていました。味は金独特の味、、、はしませんが、なんとなくリッチになった気分になります。

Kanazawa is famous for its ‘gold leaf’. A shop near Kenroku-en Garden was selling gold leaf ice cream. It doesn’t actually taste of gold… but it does make you feel a bit more luxurious.

提到金泽，最出名的就是“金箔”。在兼六园附近的一家店里，正在出售金箔冰淇淋。虽然尝不出金箔特有的味道……但总让人感觉自己变得有些奢华了。

昔の日本を感じる「ひがし茶屋街」/‘Higashi Chaya-gai’: a place where you can experience the atmosphere of old Japan

そんな金の美術品をひがし茶屋街に行くといろいろなお店で見ることができます。ひがし茶屋街は落ち着いた趣の雰囲気でなんとなくほっとします。テレビなどの撮影が行われることも多く、日本を代表する観光地のひとつです。工芸品だけでなく甘味のお店も多く、北陸の美味しいスイーツで一休みすることをお勧めします。夜になると灯が情緒をさらに盛り上げてくれます。

You can see all sorts of gold artefacts like these in various shops in the Higashi Chaya District. The Higashi Chaya District has a calm, charming atmosphere that somehow puts you at ease. It is often used as a filming location for television programmes and is one of Japan’s leading tourist destinations. As well as craft shops, there are also many sweet shops, so I recommend taking a break to enjoy some delicious Hokuriku sweets. Come evening, the lights further enhance the atmospheric charm of the area.

前往东茶屋街，在各家店铺里都能看到这类金箔工艺品。东茶屋街氛围宁静雅致，让人不由得感到心旷神怡。这里常有电视等节目在此取景，是日本代表性的旅游胜地之一。除了工艺品外，这里还有许多甜品店，建议您品尝北陆地区美味的甜点，稍作休息。入夜后，灯火更添几分情调。

「金箔」金沢の象徴/‘Gold Leaf’: A Symbol of Kanazawa

金箔の工芸品です。どの工芸品も美しく金色に輝いています。

These are gold-leaf crafts. Each one shimmers beautifully in gold.

这些是金箔工艺品。每件工艺品都闪耀着美丽的金光。

金箔のマスクやカレンダーも販売していました。こちらはお手頃の価格なので気軽に購入してしまいました。

They were also selling gold-leaf face masks and calendars. As they were reasonably priced, I couldn’t resist buying a few.

那里还出售金箔口罩和日历。因为价格实惠，我就顺手买了一些。

日本海の魚、最高！/Fish from the Sea of Japan are the best!

最後にご紹介するのは旅には欠かせない魅力「食」です。北陸は日本海に面していて海の幸がふんだんに獲れます。でも有名なのはのどぐろです。日本の魚の中では高級魚の部類に入りますが、せっかく金沢まできたからには食べないわけにはいきません。脂の旨味のあるのどぐろは刺身でも焼き魚でも美味しくいただけます。

Last but not least, I’d like to introduce ‘food’—an essential part of any trip. The Hokuriku region faces the Sea of Japan and boasts an abundance of seafood. However, it is the nodoguro that is particularly famous. Although it is considered a luxury fish by Japanese standards, you simply must try it whilst you’re in Kanazawa. With its rich, savoury flavour, nodoguro is delicious whether served as sashimi or grilled.

最后要介绍的是旅行中不可或缺的魅力——“美食”。北陆地区面朝日本海，盛产丰富的海鲜。其中最负盛名的当属黑喉鱼。虽然它在日本鱼类中属于高档鱼类，但既然难得来到金泽，绝对不能错过品尝的机会。黑喉鱼肉质肥美鲜美，无论是做成生鱼片还是烤鱼，都十分美味。

海の幸を美味しくいただくには刺身は欠かせません。日本海の魚の刺身、口の中に旨味と潮の香りが広がります。北陸でのどぐろと並んで有名なのは白エビ。甘くてぷりぷりした新鮮な白エビは刺身でも天ぷらでもお勧めです。

Sashimi is an essential part of enjoying the bounty of the sea. Sashimi made from fish caught in the Sea of Japan fills your mouth with umami and the scent of the sea. Alongside nodoguro, white prawns are another famous speciality of the Hokuriku region. Fresh white prawns, with their sweet flavour and firm, springy texture, are highly recommended whether served as sashimi or tempura.

要想尽情享用海鲜的美味，生鱼片是必不可少的。品尝日本海的鱼类生鱼片，鲜味与海风的清香会在口中蔓延开来。在北陆地区，与黑喉鱼齐名的便是白虾。甜美多汁、肉质Q弹的新鲜白虾，无论是做成生鱼片还是天妇罗，都值得推荐。
