Shinjuku East Exit: The Mecca of Japanese Anime & Authentic Chinese Cuisine
日本动漫圣地——新宿东口与地道中华料理
日本アニメが世界的にヒットしていますが、その中でも新海誠監督の映画は特に人気が高いです。ストーリーも心に響きますが映像も柔らかくも可愛く奇麗で良いですよね。日本各地の映像が出てきますが、特に新宿は「天気の子」「君の名は」「言の葉の庭」では舞台になっています。今回は「天気の子」で舞台になった歌舞伎町と歌舞伎町にある本格中華のお店を紹介します。
Japanese anime is enjoying global success, and among these, the films of director Makoto Shinkai are particularly popular. Not only are the stories deeply moving, but the visuals are also soft, charming and beautiful, aren’t they? Scenes from all over Japan feature in his films, but Shinjuku in particular serves as the setting for Weathering With You, Your Name and The Garden of Words. In this article, I’ll introduce Kabukichō—the setting for Weathering With You—and an authentic Chinese restaurant located there.
日本动漫在全球范围内大受欢迎，其中新海诚导演的电影尤其人气高涨。不仅剧情感人至深，画面也柔和、可爱且精美，令人赞叹。片中出现了日本各地的景色，其中新宿更是《天气之子》《你的名字》《言叶之庭》的取景地。本次将为大家介绍《天气之子》中的取景地——歌舞伎町，以及位于歌舞伎町的一家地道的中餐厅。
まずは新宿南口。「天気の子」にも何度か出てきてます。グリーンに光る「新宿駅」の文字と駅ビルは東京へのあこがれに繋がる映像になります。
First up is Shinjuku South Exit. It appears several times in Weathering With You. The green-lit ‘Shinjuku Station’ sign and the station building create an image that evokes a sense of longing for Tokyo.
首先是新宿南口。这里在《天气之子》中也出现过好几次。闪烁着绿色光芒的“新宿站”字样和车站大楼，构成了令人联想到对东京向往的画面。
新宿駅東口。今は看板の企業名が変わってしまいました。ここは多くの人が待ち合わせ場所としています。
The East Exit of Shinjuku Station. The company name on the sign has since changed. This is a popular meeting place for many people.
新宿站东口。如今招牌上的公司名称已经变了。这里是许多人约定的见面地点。
歌舞伎町入り口の看板と電光掲示板。アニメでもこの地域の喧騒と独特な日本の文化を表現しています。アニメの影響もあってたくさんの外国人が写真を撮っていました。
The sign and electronic display at the entrance to Kabukichō. Anime also captures the hustle and bustle of this area and its unique Japanese culture. Perhaps influenced by anime, many foreign visitors were taking photos.
歌舞伎町入口处的招牌和电子显示屏。动画中也展现了这一地区的喧嚣与独特的日本文化。或许是受动画的影响，许多外国游客都在此拍照留念。
歌舞伎町の中に入るとゴジラヘッドが上空に見えるTOHOシネマのビル。ここもたくさんの外国人が上を見上げています。周辺の写真も撮影したかったのですが、ちょっと怖くてやめておきました。派手な看板を掲げたお店があり、可愛い衣装を着たお姉さん、かっこいいお兄さんがたくさんいました。
As you enter Kabukichō, you can see the Godzilla Head towering above the TOHO Cinemas building. Here, too, there were lots of foreigners looking up at it. I wanted to take some photos of the surrounding area, but I was a bit nervous, so I decided against it. There were shops with flashy signs, and plenty of young women in cute outfits and handsome young men.
走进歌舞伎町，就能看到TOHO电影院大楼上空的哥斯拉头像。这里也有许多外国人抬头仰望。虽然我也想拍些周边的照片，但因为有点害怕，就没拍。街上挂着花哨招牌的店铺比比皆是，还有许多穿着可爱服装的姑娘和帅气的小伙子。
いよいよ中華のお店「上海小吃」の紹介です。歌舞伎町の中の本当に狭い通路の奥にあるお店、GoogleMAPを見ても見つけにくいです。中国の方が経営していて店の雰囲気もメニューも本場中国で現地の方が行くようなお店です。この店もアニメに出てきそうな雰囲気です。
At last, here is my review of the Chinese restaurant ‘Shanghai Snacks’. Tucked away at the end of a very narrow alley in Kabukichō, it’s hard to spot even on Google Maps. Run by Chinese owners, the atmosphere and menu are just like those of a local eatery you’d find in China itself.This restaurant has the sort of atmosphere you might see in an anime.
接下来终于要为大家介绍这家名为“上海小吃”的中餐馆了。这家店位于歌舞伎町一条非常狭窄的巷子深处，即使查看谷歌地图也很难找到。店主是中国人，无论是店内氛围还是菜单，都让人感觉仿佛置身于中国本土，是当地人常去的那种地道餐馆。这家店的气氛仿佛会出现在动画里一样。
メニューですが、お店の名前の通り「上海料理」が基本なので蒸し鶏、野菜の煮物、麺類など優しい味が基本です。今回、注文した料理を紹介します。
As for the menu, true to the restaurant’s name, it focuses on ‘Shanghainese cuisine’, so the dishes are generally mild in flavour, featuring steamed chicken, braised vegetables and noodles. Here are the dishes I ordered on this occasion.
关于菜单，正如店名所示，这里以“上海菜”为主，因此清蒸鸡、炖蔬菜、面食等口味清淡的菜肴是主打。下面介绍这次点的一些菜品。
突き出しには野菜炒めを出していただき、まずは軽くおつまみで空心菜炒め、蒸し鶏、ピータン豆腐。空心菜は特に女性から人気です。中国滞在時に日本人女性は必ずオーダーしていました。蒸し鶏やピータン豆腐は中国で食べてきた味でした。
We were served a stir-fried vegetable platter as a starter, followed by some light appetisers: stir-fried water spinach, steamed chicken and century egg tofu. The water spinach is particularly popular with women; whenever I was in China, the Japanese women in our group would always order it. The steamed chicken and century egg tofu tasted just like the dishes I’d eaten in China.
开胃菜端上了炒时蔬，作为下酒小菜，我们先品尝了炒空心菜、清蒸鸡和皮蛋豆腐。空心菜尤其受到女性的欢迎。我在中国逗留期间，日本女性总是会点这道菜。清蒸鸡和皮蛋豆腐的味道，正是我在中国时吃过的味道。
涎鳥は杭州で初めて食べて以来病みつきになってしまいました。麺と魚の煮物は初めて食べ、ちょっと酸っぱく辛い味付けはお酒がすすみました。
Ever since I first tried the spicy steamed chicken in Hangzhou, I’ve been hooked. It was my first time trying the noodles and braised fish, and the slightly sour and spicy flavour went down a treat with a drink.
自从在杭州第一次尝过“涎鸟”后，我就彻底迷上了它。这是我第一次吃这种炖鱼面，略带酸辣的口味让人忍不住想多喝几杯酒。
四川料理の代表料理、麻婆豆腐と唐辛子と鶏肉の炒め物はガチ中華には欠かせません。上海料理ということで辛さは抑え目ですが、麻婆豆腐のコクと鶏肉の味付けは本場もんでした。
Mapo tofu and stir-fried chicken with chilli, two signature dishes of Sichuan cuisine, are absolute essentials for any true Chinese food lover. Although the spiciness is toned down to suit Shanghai-style cuisine, the rich flavour of the Mapo tofu and the seasoning of the chicken were just like the real thing.
作为川菜的代表菜肴，麻婆豆腐和辣椒炒鸡肉是地道中餐中不可或缺的。虽然是上海菜，辣味有所收敛，但麻婆豆腐的浓郁口感和鸡肉的调味却完全是正宗风味。
本場中国料理に合うお酒と言えば紹興酒。あっという間に１本をあけてしまいました。
When it comes to drinks that go well with authentic Chinese cuisine, Shaoxing wine is the one. We polished off a whole bottle in no time.
说到搭配正宗中国菜的酒，非绍兴酒莫属。转眼间一瓶就喝完了。
その他、このようなメニューもあります。クモ、バッタ、セミ、ムカデ、クモ・・・いつかは試してみたいと思います。
新宿はアニメの聖地でもあり、多くの日本映画の舞台にもなっています。近代の日本文化が集まる新宿には多くの日本人、外国人が集まります。
Shinjuku is also a mecca for anime and has served as the setting for many Japanese films. As a hub of modern Japanese culture, Shinjuku attracts large numbers of both Japanese and foreign visitors.
新宿既是动漫圣地，也是许多日本电影的取景地。作为现代日本文化汇聚之地，新宿吸引了众多日本人和外国人。
