東京から車でで3時間弱、歴史と風情がある四万温泉に到着します。四万温泉は上信越高原国立公園の中にあり自然いっぱい、風光明媚で風情のある温泉地です。湯量も多く、泉質もやわらかくさっぱりとしています。日本三大胃腸名湯と言われていて飲むと胃腸に良いと言われています。

A little under three hours’ drive from Tokyo brings you to Shima Onsen, a hot spring resort steeped in history and charm. Situated within the Joshinetsu Kogen National Park, Shima Onsen is a picturesque and atmospheric hot spring resort surrounded by abundant nature. The springs are plentiful, and the water is soft and refreshing. It is considered one of Japan’s three great hot springs for the stomach and intestines, and drinking the water is said to be beneficial for the digestive system.We recommend enjoying the natural beauty of Shima before taking a dip in the hot springs.

四万ブルーの美しい風景/The beautiful scenery of Shima Blue
四万温泉には四万川が流れていますが、光の加減のよってコバルトブルーに輝き「四万ブルー」とも言われています。周辺にはいくつもの景勝地があり一見の価値があります。
まずご紹介するのは「四万の甌穴」です。長い年月をかけて川底の岩が削られたもので、県の天然記念物にも指定をされています。
The Shima River flows through Shima Onsen; depending on the light, it shimmers a cobalt blue and is also known as ‘Shima Blue’. There are several scenic spots in the surrounding area that are well worth a visit.
First of all, I’d like to introduce the ‘Shima Pothole’. This was formed over many years as the river eroded the rocks on its bed, and it has been designated a Prefectural Natural Monument.
四万温泉有四万川流经，根据光线强弱的不同，河水会闪耀出钴蓝色光泽，因此也被称为“四万蓝”。周边有众多风景名胜，非常值得一看。首先向大家介绍的是“四万甌穴”。这是河底岩石经漫长岁月侵蚀形成的，已被指定为县天然纪念物。
川の近くまで下りていくと迫力のある流れを間近で見ることができます。
宝石のような輝きを川の水は冷たくとっても気持ちがよいです。
If you walk down to the riverbank, you can see the powerful current up close.The river water sparkles like jewels; it’s cold and feels absolutely lovely.
走到河边，就能近距离欣赏到气势磅礴的河流。河水闪烁着宝石般的光泽，冰凉的触感令人倍感舒畅。
四万の湖の雄大な風景/The magnificent scenery of Lake Shima
四万の奥まで車を進めていくと大きな湖がが現れます。四万ダムで作られた湖です。
温泉街からウォーキングでも行けるのですが、今回は時間も遅くなったので車で行ってみました。緑の山に囲まれた湖の風景は壮大で気持ちも晴れ晴れとします。
As you drive deeper into the heart of Shima, a large lake comes into view. It is a lake created by the Shima Dam.Although it is possible to walk there from the hot spring town, it was getting late, so we decided to drive there this time. The view of the lake, surrounded by green mountains, is magnificent and really lifts your spirits.
驱车深入四万深处，便会看到一个大湖。这是由四万水库形成的湖泊。虽然从温泉街步行也能到达，但这次因为时间已晚，便决定开车前往。被绿意盎然的山峦环抱的湖光山色壮丽非凡，令人心旷神怡。
湖の一番奥には「しゃくなげの滝」がありました。落差の大きい滝で涼し気な水音を立てて水しぶきをあげていました。
At the far end of the lake stood ‘Shakunage Falls’. It was a waterfall with a considerable drop, making a refreshing sound as it cascaded down, sending up a spray of water.
在湖的最深处，有一处名为“杜鹃花瀑布”的瀑布。这是一处落差很大的瀑布，水流潺潺，溅起阵阵水花，令人感到一阵清凉。

いよいよ温泉宿です。私がお気に入りは「たむら」という旅館。お気に入りといっても学生時代に一度行っただけですが。その頃はまだまだメジャーではなく、ひっそりとした温泉地でしたが今ではきれいで立派な旅館に変わっていました。館内には13もの風呂があり其々異なる景色と雰囲気を楽しむことができます。風呂の写真を撮れないのが残念ですが、ホームページよりご確認ください。

Now we’re finally at the hot spring inn. My favourite is a ryokan called ‘Tamura’. Though I say it’s my favourite, I’ve only actually been there once, back when I was a student. Back then, it wasn’t very well known and was a quiet little hot spring resort, but it has since been transformed into a beautiful, impressive ryokan. There are no fewer than 13 baths within the premises, each offering its own unique view and atmosphere. It’s a shame I can’t take photos of the baths, but please do have a look at the website.
终于要住温泉旅馆了。我最喜欢的是名为“田村”的旅馆。虽说“最喜欢”，其实学生时代只去过一次。那时这里还不太出名，是个僻静的温泉胜地，但如今已变成了一家干净整洁、气派非凡的旅馆。馆内共有13个浴池，每个都能欣赏到不同的景色和氛围。遗憾的是不能拍摄浴池的照片，请大家通过官网查看。
夕食は群馬の新鮮な食材を生かしたメニューが上品かつ豪華に出てきて美味しくいただくことができました。群馬県は野菜はもちろん、豚肉や川魚が美味しい素材として有名です。日本酒も美味しくいただきました。
For dinner, we were served an elegant and sumptuous menu that made the most of fresh ingredients from Gunma, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Gunma Prefecture is renowned not only for its vegetables but also for its delicious pork and river fish. We also enjoyed some excellent sake.
晚餐端上了充分利用群马新鲜食材、既精致又豪华的菜肴，我们吃得非常尽兴。群马县不仅以蔬菜闻名，其猪肉和河鱼也是广受好评的美味食材。我们还品尝了美味的日本清酒。

Although we do not have any photographs of the hot springs, this is a truly wonderful hot spring resort in every respect—not only for the quality of the spring water, but also for the views and atmosphere, with baths that exude traditional Japanese charm and others where you can soak whilst taking in the scenery. 「千と地路の神隠し」を思わせる幻想的な夜景/The night view of ‘The Disappearance of Sen and Jiro’
せっかくなので夕食後には散歩に出てみました。
なんとジブリの「千と千尋の神隠し」を思わせる幻想的な雰囲気に出くわしました。旅館「積善館」の建物です。旅館からあふれる光と闇の中に照らし出された赤い橋の光景が神秘的でした。
Since I was there anyway, I decided to go for a walk after dinner.To my surprise, I came across a building that looked straight out of Studio Ghibli’s *Spirited Away*.The sight of the red bridge illuminated amidst the interplay of light spilling from the ryokan and the surrounding darkness was truly mystical.
既然难得来一趟，晚餐后我就出去散了散步。没想到竟然有一座建筑，氛围简直就像吉卜力动画《千与千寻》里出现的那样。从旅馆溢出的光芒与黑暗中映照出的红色小桥，景象十分神秘。
朝食です。朝から群馬の食材をいっぱいに食べて旅館を後にしました。
Breakfast. After enjoying a hearty breakfast of local Gunma produce, we left the ryokan.
这是早餐。一大早便饱餐了一顿群马的特色美食，随后便离开了旅馆。
尾瀬ウオーキング/Walking in Oze
昔から行ってみたかった観光地「尾瀬」。
小さいころから日本の歌で良く聞いてきた「尾瀬」「水芭蕉」を長年みたいと思っていましたが、今回、ようやく夢がかないました。
四万温泉から尾瀬までは車で1時間40分ほど。山間の道を走っていきます。
尾瀬付近は交通規制がされているので駐車場に車を止めてバスで移動。
バスが込み合うのではと心配をしていましたが、スムーズに乗れてほっと一息。
駐車場から鳩待峠までバスに乗って、そこから尾瀬ヶ原を楽しむことができる・・・
と甘く考えたのは大間違いでした。そこから1時間、整備された木道を歩いて到着する山ノ鼻が尾瀬ヶ原の入り口。遠くに雪の残った山を眺め、近くには生い茂る水芭蕉の花を見ながらのウオーキングは気持ちがよいものです。ただし、念のために熊鈴をもっていった方が安心です。
‘Oze’ is a tourist destination I’ve always wanted to visit.Ever since I was a child, I’d often heard the names ‘Oze’ and ‘Mizubasho’ in Japanese songs, and I’d longed to see them for many years; this time, my dream has finally come true.It takes about an hour and 40 minutes by car from Shima Onsen to Oze, travelling along a mountain road.As there are traffic restrictions in the Oze area, we parked the car in the car park and took a bus.I’d been worried the bus might be crowded, but we boarded without any trouble, which was a relief.I thought I could simply take the bus from the car park to Hatomachi Pass and enjoy the Oze Plains from there…but that was a huge mistake. From there, it’s a one-hour walk along a mountain path to Yamanohana, the entrance to the Oze Plains.It’s a delightful walk, gazing at the snow-capped mountains in the distance whilst admiring the lush water arum flowers growing nearby.
“尾濑”是我一直以来都想去参观的旅游胜地。从小就在日本歌曲中经常听到“尾濑”和“水芭蕉”，多年来一直想亲眼看看，这次终于如愿以偿了。从四万温泉到尾濑开车大约需要1小时40分钟。一路沿着山间小路行驶。由于尾濑附近实施交通管制，只能将车停在停车场，然后转乘巴士前往。原本担心巴士会很拥挤，没想到顺利上车，总算松了一口气。本以为从停车场坐巴士到鸠待垭口，就能欣赏到尾濑原的美景……这种天真的想法大错特错。从那里还要沿着山路步行1小时，才能到达作为尾濑原入口的山之鼻。一边眺望远处残雪未消的山峦，一边欣赏近处茂密盛开的水芭蕉，这样的徒步之旅令人心旷神怡。

山ノ鼻にはロッジや売店があり、「次回はここに泊まりたい」などと思いました。
そこからいよいよ尾瀬ヶ原に向かって出発です。
少し進んだどころで視界が広がり、大きく広がる湿地帯に出ました。
綺麗な水面に映る山の風景や水芭蕉を中心とした植物の数々。
まさに歌の歌詞通りのさわやかで心に残る光景でした。
Yamanohana had lodges and a shop, and I found myself thinking, ‘I’d like to stay here next time.’From there, we finally set off towards Oze-ga-hara.After walking a short distance, the view opened up and we emerged onto a vast wetland.The mountain scenery reflected on the clear water’s surface, and the various plants, particularly the skunk cabbage.It was a refreshing and unforgettable sight, just as described in the song lyrics.
山之花设有旅馆和小卖部，我不禁心想：“下次想住在这里。”随后，我们终于启程前往尾濑原。前行不远，视野豁然开朗，眼前是一片辽阔的湿地。清澈的水面映照着山景，还有以水芭蕉为首的各种植物。这正是歌词中所描绘的那般清新怡人、令人难忘的景象。
可愛い高山植物/Cute alpine plants
咲いているのは水芭蕉だけではありません。たくさんの高山植物も来訪者の目を和ませてくれました。
It wasn’t just the skunk cabbage that was in bloom. A host of alpine plants also delighted visitors.
开花的不仅仅是水芭蕉。许多高山植物也让游客们赏心悦目。
尾瀬ハイキングは短いコースでは歩行距離は7ｋｍで所要時間は3～4時間、たっぷりと堪能したい方は17kmを7時間程度で歩きます。
四万温泉では温泉と四万ブルーに癒され、尾瀬では雄大な湿原と水芭蕉に感動しました。
群馬には都会では味わえない自然と静けさがあります。
東京からもアクセスしやすいので、温泉と自然を満喫したい方にはぜひおすすめしたい旅です。
On the shorter Oze hiking trails, the walking distance is 7 km and the walk takes 3 to 4 hours; for those who wish to savour the experience to the full, there is a 17 km route that takes around 7 hours.
At Shima Onsen, I was soothed by the hot springs and the ‘Shima Blue’, whilst in Oze I was moved by the majestic wetlands and the skunk cabbage.Gunma offers a sense of nature and tranquillity that cannot be found in the city.As it is easily accessible from Tokyo, I would highly recommend this trip to anyone wishing to make the most of the hot springs and the natural surroundings.
在尾濑徒步旅行，短途路线的步行距离为7公里，所需时间约为3至4小时；想要充分体验的游客则可选择17公里的路线，步行时间约为7小时。
